The Consumer-to-Consumer Expertise program identifies consumers who are willing to share knowledge and matches them with CROs in need of their assistance. Social and Rehabilitation Services Division of Health Care Policy, Mental Health (SRS) and the Self-Help Network (SHN) recognize the importance of this support and will pay a consultation fee and expenses for approved technical assistance provided by consumer to consumers.
