This handbook was developed by several CROs to establish daily business practices for the board and staff. The Handbook is a “how to” manual for evaluating employees, handling grievances and disciplinary issues and much more. The Management Handbook is a tool or example document that must be customized for each CRO. (Also available in pdf format.)
