Vision & Mission
Mission: Oakleaf
will provide opportunities for members
to feel self-worth and to be empowered
by developing certain skills in leadership,
education, training, and research.
Through providing employment as available,
by aiding in the creation of arts,
crafts, and woodworking, and encouraging
volunteerism to enhance one's own
individual recovery. Oakleaf is a
place of peer support, socialization,
also a place to experience new day-to-day
life skills. The dignity of each member
will be advocated to the public through
awareness that we are a positive influence
on the community through education.
Vision: That all
people with mental illness in our
service area can have a voice in their
treatment process and advocate for
better services.
