Vision & Mission
Mission: The Open Door is dedicated to promoting recovery, independence, and people helping each other, for people with severe and persistent mental illness in Cowley county by providing peer counseling, education, a safe place to drop in, transportation, social activities, and employment opportunities.

Primary Programs and Activities
Peer support; socialization activities; barbeques; movie nights; monthly birthday celebrations; newsletter; bowling; pool; monthly planning meetings; and Speakers' Bureau.
