Start a new CRO or Improve your CRO. The following resources will guide you toward your goal.

  • Online forms to request assistance can be made online. A variety of forms can facilitate communication and provide reimbursement for consulting expenses.

  • The Handbook is a "how to" manual for evaluating employees, handling grievances and disciplinary issues and much more. The Management Handbook is a tool or example document that must be customized for each CRO. (link attached handbook)

  • A Code of Conduct is a set of rules and consequences created by and for consumers designed to help create a mutually supportive environment at your CRO. Browse examples developed by urban and rural CROs throughout the state.

  • The Consumer-to-Consumer Expertise program identifies consumers who are willing to share knowledge and matches them with CROs in need of their assistance.

  • The WSU Center of Community Support and Research provides support to current and prospective CROs. Support includes workshops, statewide CRO meetings, CRO networking, written resources and research.
